As everyone in the BR-Tourmaline community knows, I created the character from scratch, spending over 20,000 BRL to reach its current level. When my character was banned, I contacted support to ask why. They asked for all the account details, and I answered everything correctly and sent ALL the recharge receipts... they simply claimed that I am not the creator of the account, which is not true.
